  • Check in: 0900-2200hrs

  • Early check-in are subject to room availability.
  • For late check-out request, additional charge will be applied.
  • For extended stay charges will be as per current rates.
  • Online booking rates vary from walk-in.
  • We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit
    card or notification of payment within 5 days.
  • Additional persons : $30.00 per person per night
  • Children under 12 years of age stay free with parents (if no extra bed is required)
  • Airport pickup: Please contact the reception prior to arrange for airport pickup.
  • Guests who wish to make a reservation at Afrik Hotel must pay 20% deposit in advance. The
    payment can be made via Credit Card, Cash, EVC, EFT, Cash or Cheque deposit.
  • Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at the Hotel, if recovered, the item will
    be recorded as ‘found’. Hotel keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a
    reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel’s guest room after the guest
    has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found store/safe box. We will ship items
    back at the owner’s expense upon request. Any items, which are not claimed within ninety (90)
    days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by
    themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking cancellation is nonrefundable 72hrs to the date of arrival.
  • The guest must pay the full amount of their reservation, if cancelled within 24 hours of their arrival.
  • Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total amount is nonrefundable.
  • Guests are required to show an identification document upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box on our websites when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided on the website.
  • Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed)
